🍮How To Make Pancake🍶

ingredient :

100 grams of flour

1 tbsp Sago

100 ml of liquid milk

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

50gr sugar

50 ml of water

1 item

Tools:

teflon

container / bowl

How to make

1. Prepare a container for pancake batter, add the flour, egg yolk, salt, baking powder, soda, milk and water

2. Use a mixer or whatever or for stirring the dough, stirring until evenly and thoroughly mixed. If there are still lumps or bubbles in the dough, stir again until it disappears.

4. Sieve the dough to make sure the dough is smooth

5. Prepare a teflon or non-stick skillet on the stove on low heat, then melt a little margarine.

6. After the pan is hot enough, pour about 1 spoon / 2-3 spoon into the Teflon

7. Wait a moment then turn the dough over. Do it until cooked and brown.

8. Then, remove the dough and place it on a plate. Put the toppings as you like
