✒Descriptive Text is one type of text in English that clearly describes the properties attached to something, be it humans, animals, plants or inanimate objects. The purpose of this text is to provide clear information about the object being depicted to the reader.

 Silent suite of Islamic glory in Spain.

Alhambra Palace is a place that witnesses how Islam developed, triumphant to destruction in Spain. The Alhambra is the center of power for the Bani Ahmar Dynasty, which was the last Islamic dynasty in Andalusia (Spain). the palace which was a silent witness to the triumph and also the destruction of the Islamic empire in Andalusia. Now there is no non-physical person who still influences the country, but the evidence of the place where it happened is still embracing, settling and still visible.

Alhambra Palace is a place that becomes an emotional moment of how Muslim troops under the leadership of Tariq bin Ziyad managed to seize the Iberian plains (western peninsula of Europe).

The success of Tariq bin Ziyad could bring about the sinking of other Islamic empires for 800 years, until the Daulah Bani Ahmar, who ruled in Granada, had to leave Spanish soil due to attacks from the joint forces led by King Ferdinand V and Queen Isabella.

Daulah Bani Ahmar, was founded in 1232 AD by the first king named Sultan Muhammad bin Al-Ahmar who was still a descendant of Sa'id bin Ubaidah, a friend of the Prophet Muhammad from the Khazraj tribe in Medina. Sultan Muhammad bin Al-Ahmar built a beautiful palace on a hill called La Sabica, in the city of Granada, Spain. This palace became known as the Alhambra. In Arabic, this building is called "qa'lat al-Hamra" or the Red Palace. So called, because the walls of this palace are reddish in color.

from another article says long before that the alhambra was a fort named alcazaba which became a place for Muslim troops to take refuge because of the civil war. the alcazaba building is now the oldest building in the alhambra palace.

In mid-1491, King Ferdinand V laid siege to Granada for seven months. He managed to control the city of Malaga - the strongest port city in Andalusia, then Guadix and Almunicar, Baranicar, and Almeria.

In 1492 the Bani Ahmar royal base, Granada, finally submitted. The city was handed over by the last king of Bani Ahmar, Abu Abdillah.
The success of King Ferdinand V and Queen Isabella in controlling Granada, making Pope Alexander VI (1431-1503) who is famous for his Tordesillas agreement in 1494 gave the title to this king and queen as "Catholic Monarch" or "Los Reyes Catolicos" or Catholic King.
